It is however more or less constantly one of the above states. It’s all over the place, I haven’t been able to find a trigger or pattern to any of these, it can change just from loading a new preset, but be different when you reload the same preset. Other times the macro don’t work and only the original knobs do. Other times the orignal knobs will mess with the parameter range available to the macros, but not cause a direct change to the sound. You can now check if your license is displayed. Then, once logged into your account through the Arturia Software Center, click on the Synchronize button. Most of the time the orignal knobs don’t do anything on their own, but the macros will manipulate them and cause the relevant change per the macro assignment. Make sure that you've installed the latest version of the Arturia Software Center. Prophet-5 V is the definitive production keyboard faithfully remade in software form, equal parts creamy, characterful, and colossal in its sound, complete with its signature approachable layout from decades ago, and tastefully upgraded to fit seamlessly into your DAW workflow. The interaction between the original knobs and the macros are weird on presets, and changes seemingly at random. This is a constant for me, so no external sequencing… Arturia took no shortcuts here: the Acid-V models the TB-303 in its entirety with all original parameters and it adds a few circuit-level tweaks for bass boost, pulse width, accent. The moment you don’t use the built in sequencer/arp the decay knob does nothing. Enter the Arturia Acid-V, an emulation that not only recreates the original unit from the ground up but also expands upon it with an interesting feature set. Yeah, there’s quite a few issues with the knobs!
